Axios, an online news publication, has created an interactive visualization depicting global climate change. The visualization uses data from NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies to show disparities in average temperatures from 1981 to 2020. For example, the graphic shows that annual temperatures in South America were two degrees hotter in 2020 than in 1981.
