The Ontario Brain Institute has made high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data useful for autism research freely available on its neuroinformatics platform Brain-CODE. The data includes 31 MRI scans of mouse brain models that represent genotypes from an ongoing study into the genetic mutations associated with autism. The data could help researchers better understand how certain genes linked with autism influence the structure of the brain.
