The Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer, a project that aims to find biomarkers that can identify patients most likely to respond to anticancer drugs, has released a dataset of cancer drugs, genomic data, and drug dose-response curves. The data, which demonstrates how a person’s DNA affects their response to treatment, includes 450 drug compounds, 500,000 genomic associations, and nearly 400,000 drug dose-response curves. The data can help researchers identify better ways to treat tumors.
