The New York Times has released a dataset of cumulative counts of COVID-19 cases in the United States at the county level. The organization compiled the dataset using reports from state and local health agencies, and the dataset includes information on the number of cases and deaths by date for each county. The dataset, which The New York Times is continually updating, complements data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, which reports cases by state.
