The United Nations World Food Program has documented the country-level travel restrictions and airline policies that are in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The dataset includes information such as which airlines are resuming domestic and international flight operations and which countries require self-isolation and a certificate that shows an individual is negative for COVID-19 prior to arrival. For example, the dataset shows that all travelers to Italy must provide a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of boarding an inbound flight, and travelers from certain countries, including Australia and Canada, are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine and health surveillance period upon arrival.
