The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has published datasets on applications for U.S. work visas. The datasets cover six different programs and information on visas such as the H-1B for nonimmigrant workers employed for specialty occupations, the H-2A for temporary agricultural workers, and the H-2B for seasonal nonagricultural workers. The datasets include information about the requesting employer, their location and industry, the worker’s job title and pay, and the approval status of the visa request.
