Legal Services Corporation, an independent legal aid organization established by Congress, has released a dataset of eviction laws across the United States. The dataset contains information on state-level eviction requirements, court instructions, filing fees, and service processes from eviction laws in every state, the District of Columbia, and eight U.S. territories. This is the first public dataset to include eviction laws from U.S. territories.
