Jim Moran, a U.S.-based entrepreneur, has created two datasets tracking venture studios, or companies that launch start-ups, and the start-ups they’ve built. The first dataset contains 262 ventures studios, their website, LinkedIn page, number of employees, founding year, and location. The second dataset contains 1,264 start-ups created by the venture studios, a description of their work, number of employees, founding year, industry, location, funds raised, and their LinkedIn and Crunchbase pages when available.
