Capturing Carbon Dioxide

Researchers at Meta and the Georgia Institute of Technology have created a dataset to support the development of direct air capture technology, which captures carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. The dataset contains over 38 million computational chemistry calculations on over 8,800 materials that can adsorb carbon dioxide. Researchers can use the dataset to design appropriate direct air capture for the temperature and humidity conditions of a particular environment.
