Sean Davis Jr. is a senior policy analyst with ITIF’s Center for Clean Energy Innovation. He has an Internet policy background and has worked on data portability, online privacy, digital assets, encryption, and telecommunications issues. Before joining ITIF, Sean worked at Engine, focusing on data privacy and broadband access for the startup ecosystem. He holds a JD from George Washington University Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University.
