CandyStore.com, a U.S.-based wholesale candy store, has created a dataset tracking Valentine’s Day candy preferences in the United States. The dataset lists the top three most popular Valentine’s Day candies in each state. For example, Kentuckians like chocolate roses, conversation hearts, and M&M’s the most while Tennesseans like conversation hearts, heart-shaped boxes of chocolate, and wild berry skittles the most.
