Researchers at India’s National Centre for Biological Sciences have created a large‑scale dataset for studying mental‑health conditions called CALM‑Brain. The data contains brain scans, genetic data, cognitive‑test results, and anonymized clinical information that tracks participants’ health. Scientists plan to use this dataset to spot early warning signs, understand how disorders develop, and improve care for conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and dementia.
