Researchers at Massachusetts Institute of Technology have created a visualization displaying the location of creme after an oreo cookie is split in half. The visualization shows the proportion of creme left on each wafer after regular Oreo cookies, double stuffed cookies, and mega-stuffed cookies are broken apart. According to the visualization, nearly 95 percent of creme remains on only one wafer after the cookie is split apart.
